Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a table-based, hands-on assisted stretching method performed by a certified practitioner. It targets the connective tissue and joints to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support recovery.
No. FST is performed inside your comfortable range with your breath. Most people describe it as somewhere between a deep stretch and a massage — relaxing, not painful.
Most clients see the best results with 2–3 sessions per week for personal training, or 1–2 sessions per week for FST. We'll figure out the right cadence together during your consultation.
Absolutely — many clients do. Combining strength training with regular Fascia Stretch Therapy is one of the fastest ways to unlock lasting mobility.
Yes, with medical clearance. Personal training is not a replacement for physiotherapy, but it's exactly the right bridge from being discharged back to full strength and confidence in daily life.
